Jewelry-making is a new medium for me and most of the pieces on this page were created for my wife or close friends.  Working in a smaller scale is a key challenge since some of my jewelry can measure between one and a half and three inches in length.  I use specially made hand and power tools including  a miniture table saw, a bench bandsaw, magnifying glasses, pliers, chisels, jewelry saw and precision hand drills.  Each piece is finished in several layers of lacquer and hand rubbed to a bright sheen.
